Deposits & Cancellations

• 50% deposit required for all custom orders (deposit goes towards final cost)
• Remaining cost due once item is complete
• Cancellation of item within 24 hours receives 50% of deposit back
• Cancellation of item after 24 hours forfeits deposit

Design Process & Timeline

• All communication for design must be done through website, email, or Facebook Messenger
• Proofs for items will be shared once they are finished
• Unlimited changes/upgrades can be made up until products are ordered
• Time from final design to delivery is 2-3 business days
